Talk by Dr. Margaret Price on her book of the same name, Price argues for a turn toward collective accountability in order to make academe more accessible for all marginalized persons. Her presentation draws upon a survey and interview study conducted with more than 300 disabled faculty and staff members. A second hour of discussion and Q&A were not recorded to respect participant privacy on challenging topics.
